The value of Nature and outdoor learning in Primary Education? Nature is becoming an important part of the Primary Education for children. Nature is being used in education in many different ways, it is being used in mindfulness sessions through breathing and hearing activities to help calm and help children mentally, and is also used in basic activities like  “ Making mud pies, digging in the sand, and running through a pile of leaves, or floating leaves and bark in a bucket of water.” Wilson.
